CBRE brokers sale at Red Gate Farms
CBRE Inc. has announced the sale of a 212-acre tract of land known as a portion of Red Gate Farms.
Columbus Nova, an investment firm in Charlotte, N.C., retained CBRE to sell the land that fronts Chatham Parkway and Veterans Parkway. Bill Lattimore of CBRE Brokerage Services oversaw the sale and represented Columbus Nova.
“A land sale of this magnitude is a great sign for our market,” Lattimore said. “Developers and investors recognize that the Savannah market represents opportunity, and many think that now is the time to take land positions to prepare for the next real estate cycle.”
The property was sold to a Chinese investment and development group.
