CARLA LUTZ

Duties: Lutz’s focus will be on the property management department and will expand into other areas of the company. She will analyze accounting methods and processes to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness and will make recommendations to streamline practices.
Related work experience: Lutz was the business manager of Estee Lauder, an international cosmetics company, at Belk. She also has five years of government contracting experience, negotiating and letting subcontracts for personnel services, legal services and shipboard equipment. She also owned a medical transcription company.

JIM EVANS

Duties: Evans will oversee daily operations for all 34 Parker’s stores, preparing the company for unprecedented growth.
Related work experience: Evans worked at Target, where he oversaw two stores, leading a team of five executives and 140 team members. He also worked as a zone manager at The Pantry, where he oversaw 95 stores and led a team of 10 district managers.
Education: Evans has a bachelor of science degree in business management from Canisius College.
