Low Country Luxe pairs with national partner

Savannah-based Low Country Luxe has announced a partnership with CODARUS, a manufacturer’s representative group in fine home furnishings, lighting and linens.

Low Country Luxe will be shown in CODARUS showrooms throughout the United States.

Low Country Luxe is a Southern fragrance house that creates luxury home fragrances and sophisticated scents. the home fragrance line includes a Signature Collection, a travel set, a holiday fragrance, a New Orleans candle, as well as the new Belle of the Ball.

Initially, Low Country Luxe will be shown in showrooms in Atlanta, Dallas, High Point, N.C., and Las Vegas.

Goodwill earns top accreditation status

The Council on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities International has reaccredited Goodwill of the Coastal Empire for its community employment services, including employment supports and job development, organizational employment and comprehensive vocational evaluation.

The three-year accreditation is the highest mark of excellence offered by the council and marks the tenth time the local Goodwill has earned a three-year seal.

The widely-respected credential attests to a service provider’s commitment to continuous improvement of services, encourages consumer input in finding evidenced-based strategies to serve the community better.

Wedding Ladies offer free bridal consultations

The Wedding Ladies, consultants who plan and decorate weddings in the Savannah area, have invited this season’s brides to a free consultation for their upcoming weddings.

The Wedding Ladies, members of the Association of Bridal Consultants, have been in business for more than a year. They specialize in set-up and break down for do-it-yourself brides or more elegant set-ups for others.

Health series to feature lecture on bicycling

John Bennett, executive director of the Savannah Bicycle Campaign, will discuss five ways to make bicycling a healthy part of your daily life on Tuesday, June 24, as part of the Enmark Encourage Health Educational Series.

The session will be held from 11:30 to 1 p.m. in the Savannah Morning News auditorium, 1375 Chatham Parkway. Proceeds from the lecture will go to the Savannah Bicycle Campaign.
