Dick’s Sporting Goods (NYSE: DKS), the largest full-line sporting goods retailer in the U.S., has announced it is hiring its new store scheduled to open this fall in Savannah.
Company officials said they are looking to fill about 50 full-and part-time positions for the new store at 318 Mall Boulevard, including management and associate positions.

No specific opening date was given for the new store, which will feature athletic and outdoor apparel and footwear and the latest gear for team sports, fitness, camping, hunting and fishing.
To celebrate the new store, Dick’s will host a three-day weekend of grand opening festivities with a variety of giveaways and special in-store appearances, the company said. Additional details are expected to be available in the coming weeks.
Founded in 1948, Dick’s operates more than 574 locations across the United States.
