She also served as the vice president of Quality and Mission Assurance at Aerojet Rocketdyne in Sacramento, Calif. She held similar roles at other defense and aerospace companies, including Lockheed Martin and Bell Helicopter.

Education: Tait earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Brandeis University in Boston, a Juris Doctor from King Hall School of Law at the University of California in Davis and a Master of Business Administration degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Fla.

Duties: Chong is responsible for leading the identification and pursuit of strategic business opportunities for Gulfstream, with particular emphasis on international markets.

Related Work Experience: Chong joined General Dynamics in 2007 as a director of government relations and was appointed staff vice president of government relations in 2009. Before joining General Dynamics, Chong served in the U.S. Navy, retiring in the rank of commander.

Education: Chong graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, San Diego, with degrees in applied mathematics and French literature.

BARRY JOYNER

Duties: He will oversee the college’s mission to provide comprehensive and innovative programs that promote health and quality of life for individuals, families and communities within a global society.
