NeSmith Chevrolet wins GM honors
JESUP — NeSmith Chevrolet Buick GMC on Hwy. 341 in Jesup has received the GM Mark of Excellence Award for 2012.
To qualify, dealerships must meet performance objectives in four categories including facility and training standards, regional and national sales volume and overall customer satisfaction scores in sales and service.
Robert Owusu, General Motors district sales manager for the southeast region, presented the award to NeSmith.
“This is an annual distinction awarded to our very best dealers,” Owusu said. “Only a small percentage of General Motors dealers nationwide received the 2012 award.”
The award was presented on the one-year anniversary of NeSmith’s opening its new facility.
“This award gives us acknowledgement that we are exceeding our customers and General Motors’ expectations,” said dealer principal Chad NeSmith. “We are so grateful.”
