The Beach Co., based in Charleston, S.C., has announced the start of construction on a new luxury apartment complex in Pooler.
The development, named Parkside at The Highlands, will include 317 upscale apartment units. It’s being built at 2170 Benton Blvd. south of the Jimmy DeLoach Parkway, near the Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport, Gulfstream Aerospace, Godley Station School, the future Outlet Mall of Georgia and the Pooler Parkway retail corridor.
Apartments will offer a variety of floor plans including studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom designs with oversized closets, wood plank flooring and washers and dryers.
The club room will include a bar/kitchenette, billiard area, flat screen televisions and a fitness center with cardio equipment, an outdoor pool and sun deck and an outdoor grilling area.
