Broughton Street project adds two properties
Savannah’s Broughton Street retail project has announced that two additional properties, 110 and 220 W. Broughton St., were acquired this week.
“We’re continuing our acquisitions on Broughton Street, along with extensive planning for the project and each building’s role within it,” said Lori Judge, a partner in the redevelopment.
The Broughton Street Project closed on four properties in February. During March and April, 16 additional properties are expected to close. The remainder of the acquisitions is expected to take place in early summer.
The project, announced by Atlanta-based developer Ben Carter in February, consists of 150,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space along Broughton Street.
