ATLANTA – Kroger’s Atlanta Division customers, including those at 12 stores in the Savannah area, donated more than $179,000 from April 13–26 to support the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life campaign.
All 184 stores in Kroger’s Atlanta Division – locations in Georgia, South Carolina and Eastern Alabama – participated in the fundraiser. Customers were encouraged to buy $1 “footprint” icons at checkout to raise awareness and funds to help fight cancer.
