Savannah Great Harvest Bread Company to open
Local franchise owners Janet Savadge and LeeAnn Aldridge have signed a lease to operate the new Great Harvest Bread Company bakery at 7360 Skidaway Road in the Norwood Market in Sandfly.
The bakery is expected to open in the spring.
“Our goal is to create a fun and inviting atmosphere and offer customers fresh, great tasting and healthy foods,” Aldridge said.
Savadge said she and Aldridge have combined their love of food and community to take the opportunity to own and operate a neighborhood bakery.
Originally founded in 1976 in Great Falls, Mont., Great Harvest has more than 200 bakeries located throughout the nation, including Alaska and Hawaii. Its bread contains no preservatives, additives or dough conditioners.
